I have worked in higher education since 2000, teaching full-time from 2000-2007 and since then in an administrative and supervisory role (while still teaching part-time). In addition to my years in the classroom, I have experience with course design, curriculum development, faculty professional development, assessment and accreditation. I have a track record of successfully leading people and completing projects. Prior to 2000, I worked in social services for ten years as a social worker and an administrator.
